• For flowers: If the recipient is not available, we will attempt to leave the delivery in a safe place, or with a neighbor; otherwise, we will contact the customer.

• For Boba: Due to the perishable nature of the product, if the recipient is not available, we will attempt to contact the customer and may need to dispose of the item, and no refund will be provided.

• Delivery charges are as stated on the website and may vary depending on the delivery location.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations must be made 48 hours before the scheduled delivery.

• Refunds are at our discretion and may be subject to a cancellation fee.

• For flowers: If you are not satisfied with the quality of the flowers, please contact us within 12 hours of delivery with photo evidence.

• For Boba: Due to the perishable nature of the product, refunds or replacements are only available for orders with significant errors.
